[B18C] TPS/Connector Issue Error Code 7
I have a 1998 Integra with a JDM B18C non type r.
It's throwing error code 7 = TPS
I replaced the sensor with a new one but still received the same code.
Then tried to see if my connector was bad.
I probed the wires and connector to make sure power, ground, and the signal getting sent back to the ecu all functioned. They do.
Plugged it in and still got error 7.
Error codes were cleared between each step.
What should I do next?
If there is anything I should explain in more detail or explain please let me know.
Any help with this is very appreciated. Thank you.

When I try to calibrate the TPS it reads at a constant 0.05V no matter how much I turn the sensor on the TB. When I turn it by hand it spikes between 2-5V
Yes the TPS is positioned correctly into the tab for it in the Throttle body.

That was going to be the next thing I suggested. If you're POSITIVE the throttle tab is oriented perfectly on the sensor and you're receiving 5 volts on the signal wire the TPS has to be faulty. Before purchasing another TPS though I'd verify one more time that it's installed with the tab in the correct orientation and that the tab that turns the sensor is turning with the throttle plate.

Are you receiving 5 volts on the signal wire?

I've checked that the tab is correctly situated 3 times now. When I move the sensor in my hand I get 2-5V but only for a fraction of a second then it goes back to 0.05V
Is there any difference in TPS between USDM and JDM?
What position in the plug is each wire color in? Do you have a picture of how you have it wired?
The sensor receives a 5v reference voltage which the sensor alters and then returns to the ecu via the other wire. Are you saying you're not receiving 5v to any of the wires with key on? You should be in the neighborhood of 5v input voltage and .50v output voltage. When the ecu receives .50 volts (10 percent of reference voltage) it recognizes that the throttle is closed and should be in idle condition.
If you aren't receiving 5v on any wire with key on you're going to have to check continuity on all the wiring looking for shorts/broken wires or test with another working ecu.
