I have a h22a obd2 in my 99ls teg and I am running a obd1 chipped ecu with a obd2-obd1 rosco racing jumper for my ecu everything on motor is stock what rpm is vtec supposed to kick in and what is the redline supposed to be at it dose not seem to be running right Im wondering if it is the injectors that is causing me problems I am running the high impendent injectors that came on motor I believe it is 290cc any info would be greatly appreciated
well i ask that because i did not no what to set it at when i got it chipped i wanted it to be as close to stock with out knowing at the time and not having time to find out thanks for taking time out of your life to read my post and not give no helpful info at all, all im tryin to do is get my car running right everyone has been there so if you have no helpful info please move on
So what you're actually asking is what the stock VTEC engagement point SHOULD BE FOR AN H22? Not what engagement point your chipped ecu should engage at? You want helpful answers, ask correctly worded questions. You're also asking an engine related question that directly relates to an engine that doesn't come in a vehicle remotely related to the subforum you posted in.
Sounds like you're in the right place to receive "no helpful info at all." You probably should have researched this BEFORE giving your desired specs to whoever chipped your ecu. Also, since you didn't make any mention of what specs you have on your chipped ecu nobody in this section will be able to tell you if the engagement point you currently have is reasonable or not. You also gave no info as to how it "doesn't seem to be running right" so nobody will have any idea at all if your injectors, chipped ecu, or flux capacitor is the cause of your problems.

I see what's happening here. The punctuation is confusing you. You want help, you're just not understanding the explanation I'm giving you about why it's important to ask detailed questions and include the information that allows people to help you.

how do you figure you're going to set it your self... a VFAC that's the most ghetto **** since 2000. I'll bet that chipped ECU has a spoon power chip or moogen y0. Stock ecu for that engine none of this chipped crap/2step bro.
