I have a problem with my horn and cruise control, neither are working. Iv checked the sms cable reel and the relays and fuses but still cant get either to work. I can get the horn to go off up at the relay but it wont go off when i put power from the car to the horn wire back by the steering wheel. If anyone has any knowledge on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

The wiring might be damaged inside the steering wheel itself. You would have to remove the airbag and inpect the wiring and connections inside.
