Default 10 Amp cluster fuse

Hey guys new to the site.. Wondering if y'all can help me out. I have a 97 accord and I've been having this problem where my 10 amp inside the interior fuse box controlling the power windows, speedo, cluster, and shift **** keeps blowing. I don't know anything about electrical stuff but I found that it's happening or coming from under/ around steering column area. I took the bottom dash off and the steering column stuff off and moved some wires around and sometimes for a while it'll be fine. But sometimes it'll blow again and I'll have to put another fuse in there. It use to blow instantly but now it's every other time. Any suggestions please? This really sucks..

Might be best to take it to either an electrical place or even a car stereo guy and have them trouble shoot it. They will have access to a complete electrical breakdown of your vehicles electrical system.

You have a short to ground and they will take an hour or so to find it.
