If there was, it would be well known by now. A hub swap is the only realistic way to do it.

Over the existing hub would not work, as this would push your wheels out and you would lose usage of the register bore for the wheels.
Only other option is the 98/99 2.3 Acura CL hubs/rotors for the HOR.
IMO it is not worth the conversion on a daily driver, as by the time you need front rotors again the wheel bearings will need to be replaced anyway, so it all needs to come apart for maintenance.
Just don't use cheap rotors on the front.

There is also the conversion using 95-98 Odyssey knuckles, hubs, and rotors. You go to 282mm front brakes at the same time.

That's a 5-lug setup, which requires buying new wheels, thus adding another $600+ to the cost of the conversion.

I just completed the hub over rotor conversion on my 96 Accord a month or so ago. Having had a 5th gen Accord in the family since it was new, I wish I'd done this to that car as well. This is one of the best modifications I've done. In my experience these cars like to warp rotors on a regular basis making this modification an important one.

I got the hubs from a 98 Acura CL 4 cylinder. The 98-99 are the ones you need. I got mine at a junk yard, but you can buy them new for about $170 if I remember right. The knuckles are actually the same so you can swap the whole assembly over if the wheel bearings are still good in one you get from a junk yard. For me I wasn't willing to take that chance. I paid $100 for both complete knuckles (I needed one knuckle anyway due to a ball joint issue) with the brakes and hubs. I put Timken wheel bears in there for $65 from Rock Auto, and put a set of Brake Motive rotors/pads on there. The whole setup cost around $250.

Another tip of advice. The front brake pads for the Acura CL are the same part as the Accord. So if you buy them from Brake Motive or a company like that which offers package discounts, you can get the whole setup for a CL and save a bit of money instead of splitting it up and getting CL rotors and "Accord" pads.

Here's the rub; You can buy the ROH 4-lug hubs for the 98-99 Accord for $16 a piece, Doorman makes them. However the splines at the wheel end of the CV are just a little bit different. Would it be possible to hybridize the CV's by just lego-ing the parts or are the dimensions too different for that?
