!!HELP!! OBD2 GSR Swap into 00 OBD2 LS Non-V
Okay here it is;
fully built GSR going into my 2000 Integra GS.
everything on my stock OBD2 LS motor was taken off; (Alternator,starter, PS pump, AC compressor, everything besides the distributor because I already had a new one for a GSR.)
So therefore everything will work with the OBD2 GSR engine harness I have.
My question is, will everything plug and play with the factory chasis harness and have no issues, or would i need to do some rewiring & run wires to ecu for vtec ? ( I Know they make Vtec subharnesses also) somebody told me it would be plug and play.
My car has an OBD2B jumper harness to my P28 S300 V3 ecu if that matters.
Help me out! Thanks in advance

Looks like you took everything off the LS that was needed save from the IACV other than that you're good to go, yes you have to run wires or buy a sub harness your choice. What injectors are you using stock ones?(240cc) if you're using ID's you can get a jumper harness from the plug difference.
I thought I'd need the sub harness just wasn't 100% positive on it.
I am running ID1000cc with the correct clips also that's no issue.
Thanks for the reply!

If you use the GSR harness you'd still have to run VTEC, knock and IAB wiring from the shock tower to the ECU. You could alternatively use a subharness and add that wiring with your stock harness the rest would plug and play. What ECU are you running?
I'm running an OBD2B jumper harness to my P28 Ecu which has Hondata S300 v3 installed.
I'm trying to do this the best and cleanest way possible, don't want an added sub harness if I don't really need it, but if it makes life easier then I guess that'll have to work. I figured the stock chassis harness wouldn't be the same and would still need to run wires regardless to the ecu.
Appreciate the info! 👍🏼

You'll only need VTEC wiring for that ECU as it won't look for knock or IABs. A properly done subharness should be as clean as factory if done correctly. Obviously a GSR harness wired at the shock tower to the ECU would be the cleanest but the price would be many times more.
