I have looked everywhere and can't quite seem to find answers. I am using a 2003 Civic Engine and tranny with really small tires so I want the 3.XX Final drive from VX CX or something close. Is this possible? Is it possible to bolt the tranny from a CX to a D17? Aftermarket options?

 

Can the final drive from the civic hybrid (3.6-1) be installed into EX or HX trans?

 

VX/CX FD will not fit. Hybrid I don't think will fit either, but you can use the 3.84 from the Civic HX 2001-2005 (SLW "X7B" case ID) in either the 01-05 EX or LX trans.
