camshaft battle. ctr vs s2t2
so quick info on my car before I drop my big question
-00 civic ex coupe
-jdm gsr, itr transmission, skunk2 ultra intake manifold(street), rmf replica header(v2 mega phone), 2.5 cat back, clutch, an flywheel, mickey slicks, innovative mounts
great tune...
other wise my big question is im ready to up grade my cams and valvetrain. just stuck in between diferent options. whats the better option ctr, itr or skunk2 tuner2 v2. besides bolt-ons, no internal work done up to this point.

<p>There's a reason they're called Junk2. If you're going to buy aftermarket, buy from a company worthy of your money. CTR is the same as 00-01 ITR. Older ITR cams are weaker, not worth it. Your CR isn't high enough to warrant aftermarket cams anyway. Stick with CTR/ITR.</p>
There are much better choices on the market than the cams you have listed. Tuner 2's make power in basically everything they are put in...everything. Jun III's would be my weapon of choice here though.
CTR are basically similar like he said to the 00-01 ITR cams. Skunk2 Tuner 1 are similar to CTR cams so IMO SK2 Tuner 2 cams will net a better result than those cam choices on any given setup.

Buddyclub spec 3+ are a good choice too, i made 216 hp with those cams before. Im curently using Sk2 Tuner 2 cams, Ill retune and see what it makes over tuner 1 cams and the rest of my new upgrades soon.
