Default Which Cams are better, CTR or ITR?

I want to use one of the two, but don't know which ones are better. Going in a B16 head with headwork.

from what i heard, the new ITR cams and the CTR cams are the same - except for the early year ITR's (97) - something to do with less duration, on those models...

Go with a set of skunk2 stage 2, they are supposed to be real nice.

As far as I have been shown and told, Ctr cams have 3degrees more duration.
While some rant and rave about how great the ctr cam is over an Itr ...others state that even with cam gear / dyno tuning. that a ctr cams maybe gives 1-2 hp more in certain rpm ranges.. Kinda Overated IMO (although I will be quick to state I havent driven a car w/ them yet) If you don't want to upgrade valvetrain... Toda spec A's ! or spec b's if you can get Itr intake outter valvesprings w/ portflow inners. And use your B16a Intake springs (inner/outer) on the exhaust portion of your motor.

Yup, and if I remember correctly it's only on the VTEC lobe, and only on the intake side.

ALL R cams are the same on the exhaust side. CTR's and 00+ ITR's are slightly bigger than 98 and below only on the duration side. Like posted about, 3 degrees. The 00+ cams are questionable about how much bigger, some people say they are the same as CTR's, but they are definately bigger than the 97-98 spec R cams.

On my friends 00' Integra type r, He ran Toda Racing spec B cams w/ gears, and apex-i VFAC, 4-1 Jdm Integra R header. He put down ~10-15 hp midrange and like ~ 20 in the high rpm range! I believe! all this was @ the wheels!!!!
You can find out more about these great cams at http://www.Randdmotorsports.com
Dave is a good businessman to deal with!
