92 civic: Car wants to roll backwards with e-brake up (Drum Brakes)
My 92 civic wants to roll backwards on a medium incline with the parking brake up, I have to leave it in 1st gear to prevent it from rolling backwards . I've tested this by slightly pushing the clutch in with E-brake up. Do you think my E-brake cable is loose ? brakes ? Help would be greatly appreciated before something drastic happens thank you

Tighter the nut that hoods the ebrake cable bracket to the ebrake handle. It'll help create more tension on the cables to compensate for worn or slightly stretched cables.

Nothin' wrong with drums aside from not looking as cool. Does the lever go way up?
Make sure the shoes are adjusted properly by turning the click adjusters inside the drums until the they just barely drag on the shoes. The hand lever should go up about 3-5 clicks before it gets tight if you've done this properly.
