1993 honda accord h22 swap problem?
I'm new this is my first post so hello! I'm also on cb7tuner.com and haven't had much success, anyways! I own a 1993 honda accord LX that had a f22a1, I recently swapped a h22a obd1. The problem is it will run for a second or 2 than die? It has a p28 chipped ecu as well, it ran before i got the motor. The only thing is that my car had a exteneral coil before while this one has a internal coil. The only thing i had to do to get it to spark and run was wire the hot to the coil (from the external plug) Im having no success with anything please can you help me I appreciate it a lot! thank you!!

lol just turn the distributor, rather the shaft to line it up inside the head for easy installation.
The only thing you need to be concerned with is that the shaft is fitting correctly, the shaft is offset slightly to allow for one way installation, without the offset you could be 180 degrees off. With the offset shaft you can only put it in one way, unless you really try to jam it in there.

No luck, what I found weird was, when I put back together my normal setup (internal), when i first fired it, it sounded like it was going to idle it idled good for a good 6,7 seconds instead of 2, then after i kept trying and only got the same as before around 1-3 seconds?
Just fixed it!
I got a new dizzy and it didnt do anything so I decided to take off the intake manifold, i seen the gasket had some spots where it was apart so i had an extra manifold with a good gasket, i replaced it and boom! it runs! thanks!
