Hi Just did a F22 to H22A swap on 93 prelude with same problem. Searched forums to find Accord swap that suggest splicing the black/yell with the yellow. Did it and fired it up on third crank! Turn off engine and tried to restart. NO SPARK.....
Either my igniter or ECU failed...........
For those out there in the know, any suggestions....?

You should have a Green wire, it is the trigger for the coil/dizzy.

The F22 Prelude coil connector has three wires, Black/yellow, yellow and blue.
Blue is no longer connected....

So the thin blue wire is the tach output that the ECU requires.? The tach gauge was working... So attach the thin blue to the thick blue. Which is the "dizzy" connector? One of the two on the distributor with thick blue?
Thanks

Sorry, in the first post I stated that it is a RPM lead, it is not. Blue (from the coil) would go to Green and blk/yel to yel. The Blue COMING out of the distributer would be the RPM lead.
BTW, it is OBD1, correct?
All those blue wires.
Thanks

No problem, Yep an ODB1, So the thin blue goes to connector (xx) green on distributor connector..
I'll try it but still does not explain why it started in the first place... Thanks
