Please tell me you have an upcoming dyno tune or some type of a pro tune in the near future. This is a huge issue with boosted Hondas. People running basemaps as a full on tune
What you're asking for is something companies charge money for.
Xenocron Tuning: Honda Acura ECU Chipping Parts, Supplies, Kits, Chipping Kits, VTEC Conversion Kits, Zif Sockets, SST Chips, Basemaps, Basemap Chips
Go to their website. Order one. Done.

You can't buy a "tune". It doesn't work that way. There isn't a cookie cutter map that works like that.
A basemap is used for initial startup to verify proper engine operation, timing, fuel pressure, check for leaks, etc and is nothing more than a starting point for your tuner to properly tune your setup. What you're asking for doesn't exist.
Now if you've actually taken the time to download the S300 software and look through it then you'd know there's a map repository where people provide details on their setups and upload maps. You might be able to look through the maps as you can search the repository and you might be able to find something close enough to get the car running decently at low boost pressures but it is by no means a replacement for a proper tune and you SHOULD HAVE YOUR SETUP TUNED PROPERLY ASAP! Unless you're just trying to blow your motor up and like spending money and time replacing/rebuilding motors.
You could take two identical setups, tune one and run the maps on both and they would both behave differently. Plus with honda motors being speed density the ecu can compensate very little for changes to the motor unlike where a setup using a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF) can do a fair of adjustment since those ecus can actually measure and monitor airflow where speed density just estimates it using manifold pressure, tps, rpm, ad a number of reference tables.
But no you can't just buy or order a pre-built "tune". Your car must see a combination of dyno tuning and street tuning. Now if there isn't a tuner in your area most can tune over the internet. You simply bring your car to a dyno facility, do a pull, email the results and map to your tuner, he makes changes, you re flash the tune and do another pull, and repeat how ever long it takes. This doesn't really work for street tuning but it's better than driving around and beating on your car while it's run in a basemap (aka a time bomb)
There isn't a decent Ford SVT tuner around me and a number of fellow local SVT Focus owners, including one NASA series race car, have done the internet method of tuning with excellent results but our motors use MAFs so the car basically self tunes itself during street driving after the dyno tune.

You don't feel outdated because you're going back to Honda, you feel outdated because you're using S300
There are options out there that can do what you're talking about.

This is true. As you can tell by my builds I grab ahold of something that makes me comfortable and don't let go. It'll be d16's, big turbos and s300 atleast through the end of this season. The d16 and turbos will stay but I'm finally gonna make the leap into a new tuning method for my supertech build.
I was a second away from a full ls swap just about 3 weeks ago and I talked myself out of it while staring it down the barrel. I'm out of clean "ek" hatches that I had stashed and sold the parts cars. I literally have 3 completely done cars and nothing to play with and now I'm done messing with this st with it being maxed out on its turbo. so if anyone knows a clean ek chassis that's for sale throw it my way. I've got one more build in me space wise as my garage allows and I'm trying to get an unmolested hatch like yesterday. Guarantee I'll end up doing another y8 build seeing as I have a built bottom end ready but that's not my intention lol
