Default Going rates for corner balancing

Just installed my coil-overs on my 95 del sol si. I was wondering if someone who has had their cars suspension set up and balanced could tell me what a good shop will charge an hour + alignment. There is a shop about an hour from me that I can comfortably drive too on my stock wheels and tires that will tune the suspension and their rate is $125 and hour and the alignment after is $100. I dont mind spending it if it is done right. The car will see the occasional autox day, just wondering if I should just adjust height, keep preload neutral and take it to get aligned.
