Default Fuel Pumps and Injectors vs VAFC

Ok this might be a pretty stupid question but reading these forums i see a lot of ppl talk about good fuel pump and higher cc injectors. Logically from perspective an aftermarket pump along wth bigger injectors basically equal more fuel into the engine right? So why can't the same effect be created using a VAFC system?

a VAFC just maximizes the output of the injectors and fuel pump at certain rpm levels, they do have a limit, a high volume fuel pump and injectors, if tuned right, greatly reduces the likelihood of running a lean mixture. and we all know what that can do.

What is the recommended fuel pump and injector size for a B16A1 running 75 shot nos?

the reason people use bigger injectors and pump is the wear and tear items see by trying to overpreform them its like trying to get gallons water thru a straw versus a pipe which one will fail first the straw. for a 75 shot just get a wet kit and colder plug / retard the timing
