Default Help! B18b1 into 1990 integra

Hi so I have a 1990 obd0 acura integra with a blown motor and I've been thinking of going with the b18b1instead of the a1 since its newer. My question is what would I need in order for this to pass smog in California? Also some people have told me that I can just switch over my dizzy and manifold from the a1 to the b1 and it'll be good but I'd like to be completely sure before buying all the stuff I need. Also if that does work will I be better off buying an obd1 b18 or obd2? Thank you any info is greatly appreciated!

Use the OBD1 and swap over intake and exhaust manifolds, injectors, and distributor. You'll have to do some fan switch wiring as its on the block of your old engine and on the thermostat housing of the new engine.
