Default overheating losing coolant but no leaks.....

So if anyone can give me some opinions plz do....it'll be very much appreciated. I have a 2002 Honda civic automatic with 1.7L.
It has been over heating and when I pull over to check the coolant it is pretty low. I come to find myself having to fill it every other day now and having to check the coolant levels before I leave anywhere. I haven't detected any leaks so wat can it b????

Plz someone help!!!

same issue here, HG replaced as well as a full head rebuild. Issue arose after the rebuild.

Rare? It's far and away the most common issue on the D17 engine.
