So I went on a trip last year in my moms 2001 accord 2.3 ulev vtec. before I left I cleaned the throttle body among aother things and caused a major idle fluctuation issue until the car warmed up where it surged up and down. Replacing the tps sensor fixed this, however ever since when the car first starts in the morning after i take off and for about 5 minutes straight of driving it idles really low around 500rpms and can stall on occasion. So I immediately thought IACV because the fast idle valve is integrated into it. Well 200 dollars later the problem still happens. Let me mention that this never happens again the rest of the day even if driving off and on all day. When the car fixes the low idle it all of a sudden jumps up to the like 750rpms and idle perfectly. The car has 74,000 original miles.
