Urgent!! i need help on a stolen or clean shell?
Wasssup peeps! I need your help!! this guy is selling his shell for a really good price and everything looks good but the problem is on the title it does not say his name on and it still on The first owner's name .. he told me that the guy that he got it from just gave it to him as a gift. Is there a way i could find out if this is stolen or not? I'ts a little fishy to me...

If he has the title and the car is in his posession and he has the keys. Just match up the vin number that is on the firewall to the one that is on the title. If they match more then likely what he did is just buy the car and is trying to turn around and make a profit off of the car. I have bought and sold a lot of cars and it doesnt matter who's name is on the titile as londg as the title is signed in the right place. Just take it to the tax office and see if everything is kosher. I think it sounds good if you dont want it sell it to me.
