92 Integra surging/high idle

Default 92 Integra surging/high idle
my integra idles at 1.5k and goes to 2k and back to 1.5k
when I unplug the map sensor it'll stay at 1.3k. I cleaned the IAC and Throttle Body.

Have you checked the FITV? Id check that and make sure you have no bubbles in your coolant lines
