Default B18B1 swapped 98 EX power loss while driving.

98 Civic EX with a bone stock b18b1 engine swap, OBD1 P75 with CROME stock LS map, and o2 sensor delete. Using an obd2 to obd1 jumper harness, and a 97-98 CRV B20 distributor.

Currently exhaust is not hooked up and is open header just to throw that out there.

Also didn't know there was some old gas in the take when I added about 4.5gal of fresh gas. It does have a new fuel filter, but have not checked if it's possibly clogged up from old varnished fuel.

Took the car out tonight, seemed to do fine through all the gears until fifth gear when I start climbing RPM and gaining speed. Got to about 50mph and noticed I started losing power. RPM and speed gradually dropped no matter how much throttle I gave it or what gear I was in. Came to a complete stop, and RPM dropped as if it were going to die. But it caught itself and smoothed out at about 800rpm. Took off again and it seemed fine until about 20mph in 2nd gear, had to limp it home.

Some personal thoughts/ideas maybe something wrong with distributor? Fuel pump going bad? New fuel filter possibly clogged up? Engine jumped a tooth on timing? Ignition timing off?

Any ideas what I need to be looking at?
