My 94 Integra non v Tec won't start for me. However when I retard the distributor timing all the way out wants to start. Does this mean I should move my crank forward or backward a notch on the belt. Or what advice can you give? So far I've changed the head gasket, put in a new ignition coil and module abd new fuel filter.
