Default Auto Cross Alignment

Looking on doing some autocross events in my Type r and need help on a set-up.

Running Spoon N1 dampers F.16K R.14K
Damper settings ?

Potenza RE11 Air pressure ?

Alignment specs ?

Car is set-up for circuit racing in Japan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try doing a search. Nothing has really changed in the past 10+ years in terms of the setup questions you're asking (except tire pressure for your specific tires).

That will give you a good starting place and you can ask specifics based on that.

I have been looking and have some specs that I will try.
Just want to keep my car on the track.

Just had a alignment and no wonder I wore a set if tires in less than 8000 kms

Front
Toe left 3/8
Right 13/32
Total 3/4

Now left 1/32
Right 1/32
Total 3/32

Rear toe
Left 1/32
Right 1/16
Total 3/32

Wowza!

OP- Those are some aggressive spring rates. If the Auto-X surfaces aren't smooth you might want to consider dialing those back. What is the rear sway bay configuration?

Rear sway bar is stock type r size,Set damping on 1 and worked great also played with airpressure .

Went from understeer to oversteer now feels neutral also seat time was the most helpful.

"Set damping on 1 and worked great" <-- If "1" means the softest, that mean you are autoxing on smooth surface. Because with "F.16K R.14K" spring rates and "damping on 1" setting, your rebound rate is so low that your caR will be hopping all over the place on a rough, bouncy surface.
