I've been fixing and fixing things all around the car since we put this wngine back in it after it was leaking everything checks out okay but yet the car is in limp mode no check lights anymore

 

I'm not a pro or anything but I had the same problem about 8 months ago when I put my h22 in my ek hatch. it turned out that my car was not ground sufficiently. Hope that helps.

 

Disconnect the battery for 10min first. Also I'm pretty sure it doesn't throw a code for timing being off, but that could make it feel like it's in limp mode. You'd be surprised how poorly an engine will run off a couple teeth. You'd think it just wouldn't start at all, but it will

 

I did find the problem the little box in the left fender had busted when someone crashed into my
Car I put a new one in seems to be fine now. THANKyou everyone for your help I did try everything you Guys said also so thanks
