Hi, I'm fighting some bugs in my car the last days, today install a new set of spark wires. Went to jump the service plug but the check engine light don't turn On or blink.

She turn ON the 3 seconds when turn the switch and turn OFF.

How I check for continuity in the service plug?

Any help on how to test the circuit?

A13 is the MIL pin, What I'm looking there ground or voltage?

 

So the check engine light comes on like normal with the ignition, then turns off like normal? Then when the light is not on, you jump the connector and no codes are displayed? If that is all correct it sounds like everything is working properly.

 

Sounds like an ECU problem.

 

Found the problem A22 no continuity, wiggle it at the service connector end and work. Need to find one and solder it.
