Hey guys. So the other night I took my car for a ride for the second time in about a year. ( had to fix it) and I was in 4th on the highway loading up the turbo just to listen to it ( the ricer in me) and I noticed it was really quite and took a lot longer for the sound to come on. So I went home to take the air filter off and check the impeller its fine. But the centre section is loose and wobbly. All bolts seem tight. I can only get to half of them on when mounted. Compressor housing is tight to the centre section. But the centre section can move and wobbly side to side. Up and down on the exhaust housing. It can pivot. Turbo has about 6k miles on it. Its a gt3582 with a tial ss housing. Any ideas?

Sorry I wrote this in a hurry this morning. Its more of a pivot. Like you can bend it and its joint is where the exhaust housing and centre section meet.

 

Id say your best bet is to take if off and do a full inspection. I dont think anyone here will be able to say whats going on.
