About a month ago i purchased a 94 del sol with an integra front end. I was wonder what other front end bumpers can easily fit or what i need to do to convert it back to orginal. Im sorry but I am new here :/
Is there something wrong with it? Or do you just like Stock look?
Post a pic so we can see what you don't like etc.. Otherwise, go to a junkyard and get the stuff off a Sol?
And I've been wrenching on a sol for almost 20 yrs, and the Teg is the only one I've seen done as a bolt on (does not mean it is the only one).. Otherwise, you can mod anything you want.. 32 roadster, 77caddy.. lol
The front "clip" was most likely welded on, and even if it wasn't, you would still be better served selling that shell, and buying a new, unfucked Del Sol shell.
Take it off and see if anything was hacked up. Like I said someone here had done this before and it might just be ok underneath. If so, go to a junk yard and get the correct nose and hood and slap them on.
Then sell the Teg stuff. Otherwise, get a Teg that needs a nose lol.
Your question doesn't make any sense, if you can't do it than you can't do it. You'll have to replace the radiator support as well as the entire front end. Do you get it?
I don't see how it can be true at all. The Integra bumper won't line up with any Civic hood or fenders. The Integra hood and fenders won't line up with any Civic windshield or doors. There's no reasonable way to do it without doing some serious modding to the sheet metal, at the very least.
Well, the fenders don't line up with the front, like I saw on another conversion. I admit I have no idea how to do it right, but it looks like it wasn't.
OP, Look under the clip to where it goes over the fender, and see if they are stock sol. Should go level with the ground to the front. I'm thinking they just slapped the hood and nose on, and didn't even try to make Teg fenders fit.

thanks for that when i actually looked at picture with the orginal del sol fenders and the one in my car it seems that way now. so it seems they just ghetto rigged it a bit and didnt do any welding to put it other other than clips and stuff like that lol
Hood pins are usually a pretty good indicator someone was too lazy to swap the core support so that could have a hood latch that lines up with the hood. But again, pull the front bumper cover off and take a look. They're not held on by much, and in this case probably even less than that again.
