is the delsol radiator a dual core???
only if it is a Del Sol Si, with the B16A in it, and yes it will bolt up to your stock 93' civic. the SOHC'd Sol's have the same rad. you have. I have a del sol Dual core rad. in my 92' DX HB
hope this helps.

It will bolt up just fine. I wouldnt source an automatic radiator only because I think it would have an extra tank for the automatic transmission cooler. No?
i know for a fact the automatic 92-95 civic ex radiator's are dual core, my best friend has one... i asked him if he was going to upgrade his "single core" radiator after the turbo install he said, "no, it's already a dual-core" i looked, yep, it was only on the auto version though. when i got my ls, i got the del sol vtec dual-core installed, perfect drop in, temp gauge never goes above 1/4 of the way even when running all night.
here is my question:
is the DELSOL dual core THE SAME AS the Civic Auto Dual Core??
Coz if i get those Auto Dual Core at the junkyard, it might be cheaper !!!

they are the same as in size and fitment, his is a honda one, mine was an aftermarket which "looked" different. apples and apples. why don't you just look at both ones in the junkyard?

HELP!
Sorry to intrude in the Civic/Del Sol forum, but i found this with search. I was told by a mechanic that Integras also use single/dual cores respectively for their manual/automatics, but have heard nothing else to substantiate this. Do any of you know if this is true? It not, what's my best option considering I can't have anything thicker than stock (for the sake of my turbo/fans fitting)?
Thanks in advanced!

is there a difference between the auto del sol si radiator and the manual one? because i did an auto to manual swap a year and a half ago and my temperature gauge never goes high than 1/3 of the way and when im driving on the freeway expecially on cold nights the gauge is only 1 to 2 bars up some times even on the lowest one. although i have seen i go 1/2 way on a very rare ocassion. should i be concerned about this? or should be something to be proud about?
