My brother civic doesn't have no power. You can put the key in the ignition and nothing no lights or anything. I checked the fuse 80a (fuse 41 I believe) and it seemed to be fine. Tested the battery and it's fine.
What's really confusing is if I leave the key in for about 10 mins all the power comes back but when going to turn it over it clicks once and dies, could it be the ignition switch? Cause it does feel hard to turn the key.

Any advice would be great

 

Swap in a new switch and see what happens. Has the car ran before? Did the issue come out of nowhere?

 

Yeah 4 days ago it was running fine. than Friday it just lost all power
