2003 Honda Civic Crake / No Start
I have a Honda 2003 Civic. My Wife was driving it, and it lost power. Tow truck brought to my house, Well upon inspection of the Car it was missing it's Alternator/AC compression belt. So I thought that it was because the car had no spark.(because battery got drained) We cranked it and it turned over, but would not start.(so I was wrong the battery was not drained, but was weak ) Then we hooked it to a battery charge it would crank but no start. We check the fuel pump, it was fine. We check the spark it was also fine. The timing belts is also fine. We also hook the car to a OBD code check and there were no codes. The Car starting sound is way off. Like no compression. It seems like it's a flooded Engine
Could an broken alternating belt cause a flooded engine?
Could it be the immobilizer? (the green key light come on briefly then disappears, it appears to function correctly )
Also the timing marks are lined up
