Default Built Del Sol - fx350 clutch isnt engaging!!

i have a built del sol with 3k miles on everything I bought the clutch from synchrotech and clutch is fx350 from clutch masters.

It started off the car giving me troubles getting into gear when it was cold but once it was warmed up it would be fine but now it just wont go into gear at all

ive bleed the clutch a lot used 3 bottles of brake fluid

I've replaced the master and slave cylinder which I purchased from the dealer ship.

I also dropped the tranny and the clutch is fine..no spring popped or bent plates

I am clueless and losing my mind!!!

You need to provide more information. Is the clutch pedal spongy or falling to the floor? Can you change gears with the engine off?

When the engine is off, and you shift into any gear, have you verified it's actually goes into gear?

Is the clutch pedal adjusted to proper height?

If you start the engine with the transmission in first gear, will the car move normally?

But it won't crank because the car just lurches forward strongly because the transmission is gear? Try to provide details.

my problem is the clutch not working.. i cant find the issue i thought it was the hydraulic system but ive replaced everything and bleed it but still wont go into gear when the car is running.

You must read all of my questions and answer them directly. Otherwise, this thread is going nowhere fast.

throw it in 1st gear, keep the clutch pedal down, try to start the car. If it still lungs forward than you did not install the clutch properly.

It must be an installation issue/product issue.
You said you bled the system which you couldn't properly do if you had hydraulic problems. You said if you put it in first gear and start the car it moves so I assume you could even drive the car without the clutch by rev matching. You will have to take off the gearbox again and examine the clutch.

My car was running fine but then it was hard to put into gear when it was cold. When it warmed up it would go right in but now it doesn't go in at all

You only replace the clutch and not the pressure plate?
