Every 2 weeks or so i end up with burned spark plugs. She spits and sputters replace them and its fine for a while. Then the car over heated was a stuck thermostat then it spit and sputtered again. Threw a code of 0302,0303,and 0300 cleared the code now wont stay running with new plugs and wires and complete distributor with cap button and new coil. Just want to know whats causing this issue so i can fix it and continue driving the car its been a really good car so i like it. Motor is a D16y7 with 277000 on it

 

Seafoam your car and check for white smoking coming out anywhere from the exhaust manifold gasket to the oxygen sensor.

An exhaust leak will falsely tell the ecu that the car is running rich will cause it to dump fuel in.
