So I've Been going through hell with my car.
it's a 94 honda civic dx model

It was having over heating problems so I got all the necessary stuff to replace the problem parts like new hoses thermostat.
And then it kept over heating again due to the waterpump now before the waterpump removal my car started fine
after was when it would lag on acceleration picked up very slowly I said it was the timing but my pops insisted it was a catalytic converter. So I replaced the converter and the problem continued.

The neighbor told me it was the timing cause my dad didn't do the top dead center alignment
so he tried to line up marks but it didn't work.
it actually wouldn't start after he attempted to try and put it into timing
I got a solid check engine code.

I tried to read the code but it stayed solid with no blinks

Fuel pump don't turn on when keys turned to the on position
replaced that and the relay but it still don't start with my car
so I'm pretty much stuck
I need as much advice as I can get on this fellas

 

Check fuses 24 and 31. One may be blown.
