ok i am fixing my bros car, i send the head to get done and i told him to buy new parts to fixed his car i put everything together including new timing belts new water pump,car did start before but now dont want to star, what seem to be the problem

what do you mean by the car not start? is it turning over, and not start? check your timing again.
