Icon6 Em1 No Start Short electrical?? HELP

i have a 2000 honda civic si, my friends and i recently put a new swap (B16A) in due to the fact that the old one was knocking (b18c1) we put everything in checked all the wiring to make sure nothing was unplugged , checked all grounds everything seems good. when i tired starting it for the first time my i could hear my fuel pump kick on but there was no start no sure why. My friends found out that the starter wire was loose and not making any contact. One of my friends grabbed a rachet and tired to tighten it by doing so we accidentally hit the Engine bay while trying to tighten it which caused the starter to shoot out sparks because we had forgot to unplug the positive terminal from the battery. I checked all my fuses from under the hood replaced them with working ones from another car. checked all my fuses under the the dash 1 by 1 none of them are blown , got a main relay from another car and that did't help either. I also put another working starter on it and used a differnt ecu. I get power everything comes on such as lights and radio , but i do not see my cluster lights come on like they used too before this. I used to see the check engine light on and oil light and now i see non but the srs light on, any help on what it could be ? a under dash relay? or ?? PLEASE HELP?!?
I Can Post A Video Too

Is this the third swap? In your last thread, the car had a B20.

You have a troublesome electrical issue that requires you to get a DMM and get at it.
