Default Have full power/Nothing on ign. turn

1990 accord has been sitting for about a 1.5 years untouched. Ran when I parked it. Decided to get it ready to give to a friend, put a new battery in it and went to start and absolutely nothing. No clicks just completely nothing. Verified power to main fuse panel under hood and checked continuity on all fuses. Don't know where to start.

Thanks in advance.

When you let a car sit for too long the gasoline can and will go bad. The gas will become varnish in your fuel lines and just about everywhere else in the fuel delivery system. Theres a good chance that there is bad gas throughout your cars fuel system. It has most likely gunked up the fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel filter, etc... This happened to me before. It is a lot of work to get a car like that back in working order. I hope this helps answer your question.

Check this out;

Old fuel. Bad Fuel. Bad Gas. Old Gas. Gasoline

How would that fix a ignition switch problem. OP start with a meter and at the ign switch to see what is going on.

Ignition switch tests ok however I am not getting power to the switch. I don't think I am getting power the the inside fusebox either.

Check the 80a fuse in the engine bay fuse box assembly.

That was it, the 80 AMP fuse. Thank you very much! I had checked all the fuses, but was checking them incorrectly and couldn't see the break through the window on it.
