Ls turbo build *need help

I have a ls turbo on 13lb and I have a b20 head (p8r) if I rebuild the head will it be worth it (parts and time and power wise) to swap the heads?

no same deal really...if anything just go LSV. If the block had been the thing you were debating i'd say go for it you gain a slight displacement increase but no point head wise.
