Man on a stock LS motor i would reccomend using a smaller turbo. By the time it spools up it will be about time to shift, cause the LS does not rev high enough from the factory to create a usable power band with that size turbo. Sorry man just my opinion. But keep that turbo and build the block and the head or get a Vtec head.

I would turn around and sell that turbo. You're not going to use it to its full potential. Ls motor's are not rev happy. There rod bolts are the same as a D series. I wouldn't trust them for anything at high rev's. Ive got a garret 60 Trim 60 a/r on my stock ls and I see full boost around 4500ish on 10psi. Deffinantly ditch that turbo and get something smaller that will suit your build better. Just my 2cents.

This is the turbo im currently running, its good to about 475whp or so. They are priced fairly good, they are not ball bearing though, they are journal bearing. I like mine, spooling wise its not all that laggy and such. Just something along that range. No need for a gt35r for what you want.
