2011 si rotational squeak help!

2011 si rotational squeak help!
Specs
2011
civic si
k20z3
no mods
50,000 miles
all OEM parts no major service
all fluids are level
There is a rotational squeak coming fron the passenger side of the motor behind cylinder one, header side. does not appear to be coming from any of the pulleys. Sound is consistent at idle, parked, with clutch in or out, in gear or not. Rotational squeak speeds up with higher revs, only audible at low rpms below 1,200 rpm, sound is faint at the moment. Will try to record sound with gopro, phone is unable to pick up the noise.

Remove the belt. Start it FOR A SMALL PERIOD OF TIME (you will have no working water pump when you do this). See if it goes away.
