Hello fist time here hope someone could point me in the right direction. I was on my way home from work and near the end of my drive i take off in first and it hits a fuel cut at 4000 rpms (limp mode?) Then my cel came on. I got home turned it off for 15 mins went to run the code the ecu had reset it somehow. Went for a spin worked fine. Later that night same thing happens. The cel always goes away when I turn the car then back on, however the code does run when I stick the paperclip in the plug. I get 17 the vss but my spedo works just fine never had an issue. I have noticed my rpms hang a little when I start the car or it will idle like 2-3 hundred higher. I'm not really sure what's wrong. Could it be a bad ecu?
