Car is bogged down. Getting worse
I have a 03 stick Honda civic.
It was going great. But then it started bogging down. Here and there. Minor things. Just a hiccup or two.
Later it got worse. It pulled a code here and there. Mis fires in multiple cylinders. So I replaced spark plugs. And ignition coils. And cam shaft sensor. After I replaced the cam shaft sensor no more misfires. But the car had gotten do bad i can't drive it anymore. I cleaned out the fuel injectors today. But it didn't change anything. We checked the pressure in the engine. 170s across the board. So good head gasket. It's so bogged down. It idles fine. Any ideas guys?

Define "bogged down". Idles fine but no power during acceleration?
Is it still throwing codes? If so, exactly which codes?
May want to try a valve lash adjustment.
