Welcome to my Del Slo build thread! My only goals are to build a DD that is reliable, gets good mpg, but is still able to cut loose if my foots feeling heavy. Lots of windy back roads and long road trips in this vehicles future. I'm a big fan of the sleeper concept so i plan to keep the interior/exterior clean, borderline restomod. Under the hood anything goes. Also worth it to mention I will be doing all the work out of my driveway.
Now to the juicy bits:
USDM 93 Del Sol Si
250K Body
JDM D16A Block
D16Z6 P08-1 Head
OEM P28 Ecu
Nice start, especially with the all the routine maintenance, you don't even see that now a days, just straight to the hella flush rims and negative camber y0 lol.
Yeah just get rid of those altezzas and your good.
Nice visor delete btw, write a DIY on it. Or did you just pull off the visors?
Oem tails will come eventually, but for now i have other priorities. That being said, in the mean time im brainstorming ways to transform my tails into respectable lighting apparatus.
cars comming along man, dont let the razzing about the tailights get to you. im sure more than half the members here (myself included) have once been in your shoes with an extremely low budget to work with, thats were the creativity kicks in!

Got a new ebay exhaust in the mail and decided to try and winter proof it. Used high temp ceramic paint for everything. White muffler looks great forgot to snap finished pics. Still needs cured and installed
Also been doing lots of damage control from the previous owner ....
Someone say white muffler? Here is it getting baked in my very tolerant friends oven.
Moar moar parts, CAI is off a ford focus or something :: i think i can make it work. OEM hood latch covers, fuses for the glove-box usb, Alternator belt, and other random bits. Also scored a white oak shift **** w/ Honda threading for 1$ and i love it.
Got bored and tried something, idk how i feel about it. I like the look of white but need amber to stay legal... at least it reflects really well. Im eventually going to use the tape for the inside of my doors. Black open doors with tint might as well be invisible at night.
Installed a new lower radiator hose and thermostat, decided to snap a current pic of the bay. Still needs alot of love.
Commence the ****-posting lol
Also a few picture updates, no finished product pics yet but still need to rehang everything and cut the bumper to perfect the fitment. Also chipped the hell out of the muffler so that needs fixed... Cleaning out the OEM cat did wonders though.
Last time i dropped a bay shot, this time its interior. Love my White Oak shift ****, nothing grips like grain.
Shout-out to Culler Woodworks, all kinds of handmade rare wood *****. matt420740 on eBay
New LED Aux lights, License plate lights, and rear corners. The plate lights seem a little dim now that they are amber. The Aux lights being white but lighting up amber is nice though.
not a fan of the muffler but def a fan of the creativity...love builds that dont follow trends and the owner does whatthey want..after all its your car to enjoy
