Crank no start problem. Integra b18b
I can hear the starter going off but it doesn't crank over. It has new spark plugs. I don't know if it's a coil or ?
The head was recently taken off I don't know if that has anything to do with it but all the wires are Intach.

confirm everything is plugged in and in the right order particularly your plug wires. next see which you are missing spark or fuel. Since you said the head has been off check the mechanical timing also.

Everything seems to be in place. I am not getting any spark from the plugs
