Default tune needed after change in vacuum routing?

My b18 was tuned with the vacuum manifold inline with the brake booster... i have since rerouted the lines so the booster has its own line... the vacuum manifold still has the small line as it did before but it now also has a larger vacuum hose as well... come to.find out therewas a mud dobber nest completely blocking the boosters line so when it was tuned, ALL of the vacuum for brakes and map sensor was actually all coming from just the smaller vacuum line... sounds better now that its rerouted, it sounds alot better, but will the changingof the lines and opening up the boosters line change enough to warrant a tune or can i drive it safely? The motor has about two hundred miles on it... it is a turbo b18c1 but doesnt see boost because its in its break-in period...

No its fine. The MAP sensor doesn't need a big source anyways. Just keep an eye on the AFR. If you notice unsafe AFRs then you need to tweak the fuel maps.

Not totally sure what safe would be... i have noticed an increase at idle... it used to be between 13 and 15 but now it kind of hangs out between 15 and 16 but doeznt really go past 16... whats a safe range? I apologize ahead of time for the ignotlrance...

It's not ideal, but as long as only your idle changed it's fine on a warm engine. You wouldn't want it to be that lean on a cold engine during start / warm up though. Stoichiometric for gas is about 14.7:1 but most Homda engines want to be richer than that and very, very few want to be more lean than 15:1. At idle it can cause blips and hiccups in the idle when you go leaner than that. Please keep in mind all this talk is SOLELY for idle. What are you tuned on?

as long as the air wasn't actually leaking anywhere, then it won't change the tune.
