Default AEM v2 30-6051 , Mag to Hall

hello, i recently purchased this unit (6051) to use on my swap full 6mt swap. the ems unit itself was made to work with an auto harness. the current configuration for crank and cam gear is set to mag. I've read that it can be swapped to hall with the move some jumper inside the board and change the tooth count in the software. Is there some truth to this? There are some company that make a jumper to connect the ems side to my engine harness.

Yes there are jumpers inside the ems to change from mag to hall, and you can also change the tooth count in the program. If you are unsure how to do both call the AEM tech line on your box. They are very helpful and usually very easy to get a hold of. I've called a few times and their help tech support has been great for me.
