Test don't replace.

Fuel pump prime?

Bright white spark at all 4 plugs?

CEL codes?

Mechanical timing off by a tooth?

Turn key from off to ON(II) and then listen for whether the fuel pump runs (buzzing noise below rear seats) for 2 seconds and then turns off. Also watch whether the CEL turns on and off after 2 seconds.

How do you know?

I'll give your thread one last chance. Did you do the test and hear the pump prime?

Yes the buzzing sound when you turn the key over once before you try and crank it it was making the buzzing sound and I checked my fuel injectors and its getting fuel. Is there anyway that if fuel is in the oil that could make it not start?

Good. Did the CEL turn on and then off after 2 seconds?

What are the compression numbers for the 4 cylinders?

Have you actually checked the mechanical timing?

This thought of yours is very incorrect. It will be way more likely to backfire if your mechanical timing is off.

FYI, this statement of Ron's is a subtle warning that he is near walking away from your issue:

So here is a word to the wise:
Failure to follow his directions precisely and/or report back in detail what you did to follow his directions will prevent you from receiving his expert advise and you will likely be stuck on your own to get this dialed in and working properly. Quite often the secret is in the details so omitting them makes life impossible for all involved.

I'll now return you to the very prolific RonJ as he is being extra patient with you and running you through the proper diagnostic procedures. If you follow his advise concisely and report back in detail how you followed his exact steps, you will have a running car shortly or know specifically what is wrong and needs repair.

Best of luck.

Hey did you check inertia switch?
It is behind the glove compartment on the left, at least on 6gen.
