hey i have a dx 97 and was wondering if i can get an si tranny that will work on my engine? (d16y7) is my engine and i want one from (b16a2) and if not, duz anybody know if jet performance would build one for my car, cuz i saw there add in a chevy mag. but it duznt say only chevys?

 

You cannot used a b16a tranny unless your running a b series block. The d series tranny that will swap with your dx is the ex or d16y8 tranny. It makes a difference
