Default Help!! Tune or mechanical issue??

2012 civic si, flashpro, prl stage turbo kit, aem boost controller, etc...
Everey once in a while when i shift through gears and coast in nuetral, the ecu is trying to correct itself..rpm's, s trim, a/f ratio, manifold pressure all fluctuating.. I can see my throttle plate isnt moving while this is happening though..
Once i come to a stop eveything is reading steady..
I tried the "vacuum leak test" (rev the car at 2000 rpms for a minute and see if s trim changes).. That passed.. The thing that gets me is the throttle plate not moving.. Im not very experienced and this isnt making sense..
Any help would be great.. Hopefully you guys can see my graph.TOP- blue line= s trim, red= a/f, green= l trim... BOTTOM=blue steady line=speed, red=rpm's, green=throttle..

This is when i come to a stop.. Not a great example.. But its hard to catch.. Only when coasting and only once in a while.. I also noticed that as rpm's increase, manifold pressure decreases and vise versa.. Must have something to do with the throttle being closed and the turbo set up..I dont know.. Im trying atleast haha..
