Trying to replace a fender, any guides before I get out there?

 

pull lights, pull inner fender liner, pull front bumper

now bolts & swap

 

Can I get away without lifting the car at all?

 

It'll be tricky to get the fender liner out without pulling the wheel off... but it is possible.

 

Does it sound like it's best to just let a mechanic do this? When it comes to having to lift the car to do anything I usually opt out just because it's cold in New England, and I don't want to be under my car doing something that a mechanic can do in 15min haha

 

You could do it yourself without much effort. It's just easier with the wheel off.
