Default DOHC Timing belt, Cam Gears Lines Question

I'm re-doing the timing belt on my ZC DOHC, I think I messed up on the cam gears. I'm sure the crank is perfectly in line. On the cam gears it's really hard to turn them and they only turn in big movements. When I get them both lined up straight across the both just jump down right away. The lines are supposed to be directly across from each other and parallel with the head right?

i use a steel ruler on the cam gears to make sur the lines are perfect all the way across. this works the best and i use a wrench to help slowly turn the cam gears. hope this helps

Beta13, why dont you do a search you can clearly see that someone in an archived post said you have to hold them with (2) 12mm wrenches.
